Amber W. Krupacs served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Clayton Homes until May 2022. Clayton Homes is a national vertically integrated housing company with 60 offsite home building and supply facilities, 9 onsite home builders, and 360 home centers coupled with finance and reinsurance companies. Revenues recently surpassed $10 billion revenue and $1.2 billion net income. Clayton Homes has 21,000 team members.
Prior to her role at Clayton Homes, Ms. Krupacs was the chief financial officer for Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Inc., from 2001 through 2016.
She first joined Clayton Homes in 1993 and held the role of vice president of finance, corporate secretary, and tax director until 2001. She began her career as a tax manager at Coopers and Lybrand.
Ms. Krupacs is a member of the board of directors of the Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She is a former board member of Covenant Health Systems and served as an advisory board member with First Tennessee Bank Knoxville Region. She is a former director for Blount County Habitat for Humanity.
She earned her bachelor of science in business administration from Drexel University.
